TD Series
Graphite thrust discs (also called thrust washers or wear plates) are made from high-quality carbon graphite material, specially designed for承受ing axial thrust loads. With excellent wear resistance and self-lubricating properties, they are suitable for axial positioning and load-bearing in vertical pumps, submersible pumps, agitators, and similar equipment. They operate stably long-term in oil-free or boundary lubrication conditions, effectively protecting equipment end faces and preventing metal-to-metal contact.

A graphite thrust disc primarily承受s axial thrust loads and is installed on the shaft end face. Graphite bearings primarily承受 radial loads and are installed in the housing bore. Their application scenarios and load directions differ.
