Huahao Sealing provides purpose-built carbon graphite seal rings for textile dyeing — high-temp dyeing machines, dye liquor circulation pumps and stenter guide roll bearings. Resistant to high-temp dye liquor (130-180°C) and chemicals (acids, alkalis, reducers), self-lubricating to prevent oil stain on fabric, extending seal life beyond 18 months.

Carbon graphite self-lubrication eliminates external grease, completely preventing oil stains. Select 41.275 dyeing machine purpose-built seal ring with SiC face, rated 220°C for high-temp dye liquor service.
Resin-impregnated carbon graphite (M106K) is chemically inert against acids, alkalis and reducers in dye liquor. Rated 220°C, stable at 180°C dye liquor service.
Select M106H antimony-impregnated graphite bearings rated 500°C, self-lubricating without grease. This completely resolves high-temp grease carbonization failure and fabric contamination.
Pair with SiC face hardness HV2500 to resist particle wear. Seal face can be grooved for clean dye liquor flush to carry away particles. Self-lubrication reduces friction heat, extending life beyond 18 months.
