Huahao Sealing provides carbon graphite seal rings, bushings and thrust discs for the pulp & paper industry — black liquor pumps, white liquor pumps, dryer condensate pumps and press roll bearings. Antimony grades handle 500°C, resist caustic corrosion and abrasive fiber/filler wear, extending overhaul cycles beyond 12 months.
Black liquor pumps handle 50-65% concentration black liquor with caustic (NaOH/Na₂S) and organics at 120-180°C — corrosion and wear coexist
Dryer condensate pumps run in steam environments at 150-200°C; seals suffer high-temp oxidation and elasticity loss
White liquor pumps carry strong caustic (pH 13-14); metallic bearings suffer caustic embrittlement and corrosion
Pulp stock carries fiber and filler particles that intrude into seal faces, causing abrasive wear
Antimony-impregnated graphite grade (M106H) rated 500°C, chemically inert against black/white liquor caustic corrosion

Select M106H antimony grade with SiC face. Antimony graphite handles 500°C and is chemically inert to black liquor caustic; SiC HV2500 resists organic and particulate wear. Service life reaches 12-18 months.
M106H antimony grade with anti-oxidation treatment, rated 500°C — far exceeding the 180°C duty. Carbon graphite does not oxidize or lose elasticity in steam, ensuring stable long-term operation.
Yes. Carbon graphite is chemically inert across pH 0-14; strong caustic does not corrode it. Select antimony grade for wear resistance, pair with 316L stainless shaft, single-side clearance 0.10-0.15mm.
Pair with SiC face to resist particle erosion. Seal face can be grooved for clean white water or fresh water flush to carry away particles. Carbon graphite self-lubrication avoids grease contamination by fibers.
